Pricing

• This is a 2 day fully guided (1x1) guaranteed* hunt. You will have the opportunity to harvest a heavy horn buck of our choosing, that meets age and antler requirements.
• A booking fee of half your contract price is due upon reservation of hunting date, and the balance is due 30 days prior to the hunt date.

• This is a 2 1/2 day fully guided (1x1) guaranteed* hunt. You will have the opportunity to harvest a buck that meets age and antler requirements and has a B&C score that your guide estimates is between 125 and 145. If you choose not to harvest the first candidate buck that your guide identifies, you may continue hunting for a different buck that fits your category for the rest of the 2 ½ day period. However, your guarantee* will have been fulfilled. On the other hand, if we do not provide you with that first opportunity within the 2 ½ day period, your guarantee* will still be in effect.
• A booking fee of half your contract price is due upon reservation of hunting date, and the balance is due 30 days prior to the hunt date.

• The turkey hunt fee is $500.00, and is only available in combination with one of the buck hunts. However there are only are a limited number of Trophy Toms available and not all of our blinds have these turkey coming to them, so let us know early if you are interested in harvesting a Trophy Tom. If available, your turkey hunt can either be conducted in conjunction with your buck hunt or after you have harvested your buck.

  Turkey hunts are GUARANTEED in a different way than our buck hunts. We will only charge you the fee if you shoot at a turkey.

• Trophy hunts are booked by B&C gross score, in 10 B&C inch intervals or “class”. For example: you can book a 145 to 155 B&C gross, a 150 to 160 B&C gross, a 155 to 165 B&C gross, or a 160 to 170 B&C gross.
• Nonrefundable booking fee of $3500.00 (due in advance) + trophy fees (due upon scoring).
• These hunts are $3500.00 plus trophy fees of $200/inch from 145 inches to 160 inches gross B&C. Trophies from 160 to 170 inches gross B&C will include all previous fees up to 160 inches + $400/inch up to 170 inches. Trophies above 170 inches gross B&C will include all previous fees up to 170 inches + $600/inch above 170 inches gross B&C.
• We are not offering any hunts exclusively for bucks over 170 B&C at this time. You can contract for a 160 class buck (160 to 170 gross B&C), with a preference for high 160s to low 170s, but no contracts for a buck that will definitely score over 170 gross B&C.
• Trophies will be priced solely on the B&C Gross score of your harvested buck as measured by our Wildlife Biologist and not the field estimate from your guide. Estimating a buck’s gross B&C score at a distance in the field is not an exact science and our guide’s field estimate is merely an opinion. The hunter may not rely on any field estimates or opinions of the gross B&C score of any harvested buck. It is the hunter’s responsibility to make the final decision on whether he/she decides to harvest the buck that his/her guide says is a candidate that may be harvested. The guide’s opinion of the estimated field score has no bearing on the trophy fees that the hunter is required to pay. Trophy fees are based solely on our Biologist’s final measured gross B&C score after the buck is harvested, regardless of any opinion of the field estimated gross B&C score of your harvested buck. Trophy fees will be due upon scoring and may only be paid by cash or check.
• This is 3 day fully guided (1x1) hunt. Trophy hunts are also guaranteed*. You will have the opportunity to harvest a Trophy buck, based on your guide’s best estimate, which is within the guidelines you contacted for. If you choose not to harvest the first candidate buck that your guide identifies, you may continue hunting for a different buck that fits your category for the rest of the 3 day period. However, your guarantee* will have been fulfilled.
• If you choose to pass on the first candidate buck, and do not see what you want before the 3 day period is over, your trophy hunt may be extended for an additional fee of $750/day.

• Guaranteed or Guarantee as used herein, means only that we will provide you with the opportunity for a shot (at 200 yards or less) at the class of buck you have contracted for. This does not mean that we guarantee that you will make a good shot and kill your buck. If we do not fulfill our Guarantee to you, by providing you with that opportunity within the number of days contracted in your hunt, your sole and exclusive remedy will be:
  (1) to extend the hunt for one or more day(s);
  (2) reschedule you for another hunt later in the season;
  (3) or reschedule you next season at no additional cost to you. This “Guarantee” does not mean that we will refund your money if we fail to provide you with the opportunity for a shot (at 200 yards or less), only that we will keep hunting with you until we provide the opportunity for you to have a shot at the type of buck you contracted for, as provided above.

• Field dressing, quartering, and caping (to the base of the skull) of game is included in price of the hunt.
• Any additional charges will be paid upon completion of your hunt.
• Non-hunting companions are welcome at $200.00 per day.
• One Whitetail Doe may be harvested with the above hunts for no additional fee.
• All deer hunts are guided one hunter to one experienced guide.
• All buck hunts are for mature deer. Trophy deer will be a minimum of 6.5 years old.
• Your guide will determine the age and give an estimate to the best of his ability on the gross B&C Score of any deer to be harvested.
• If you draw blood on a deer or knock a deer down, even if it is not recovered, it is considered your deer. We will make every effort to recover any wounded animal. Tracking dogs for wounded deer are available for an additional fee.
• Game will be stored in walk-in cooler on the ranch during your stay. You will be responsible for providing your own ice chests and transportation of your meat and capes from the ranch to your home. Arrangements can be made for taxidermy.
• Food and Lodging is available for $500 per hunter for the duration of the hunt.
