Frank Matthews has been with Killam Ranch Company since February of 1977. After starting one of the first private Wildlife Management programs in South Texas on the Killam Ortiz Ranch, Frank left full time employment with Killam Ranch Company in the mid 1980s, but continued as a consultant conducting the Deer Census, making Harvest Recommendations, and helping with the family hunting until he returned to full time employment in September 2007. He currently holds the title of Ranch Manager and Wildlife Biologist. Frank is responsible for all ranching and hunting operations on the Killam Webb County and Zapata County ranches. Frank graduated from Texas A&M University, College Station, with a B.S. Degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences.
